The Team
The Swabian Drift Foxes – A drift team from Swabia, a very Southern part of Germany, consisting of two drivers; Alex and Flo. A drift couple living the drift live, as it is known to the motto: “Drift, Break, Fix, Repeat” – although the break-part is not intended.
Alex
My name is Alex. I am one of few female drift car drivers, who is also working on her cars herself. I’d say I have been a hardcore drifter since 2013 (jumping on every drift event that was out there), building my first competition drift car in the USA in 2016, the second car in 2017 and starting to attend drift competitions in Europe in 2018. I am also a drift instructor at Grip-Drift.ch in Roggwil, Switzerland, since 2014.
In 2021 my partner Flo and I founded the Swabian Drift Foxes, as Flo started to get into Drift competitions too and having both Foxbody cars with us in Germany.
Flo
Hi, My name is Flo and I didn’t know a thing about drifting until I met Alex in 2018. A few weeks after we started dating I had my first drift training with Alex as instructor. Due to beeing an automotive engineer I was well aware of vehicle dynamics in theory, but I quickly had to realize that there are worlds between understanding the concepts and getting sideways in real-life.
